How automatic price matching works for your customers and for you


This is how it works for your customers:

  1. Your customers use the Eturnity expert with its component library
  2. They activate e.g. the price import from you in their settings under "partner system"
  3. The request for price matching activation is authenticated once with you
  4. After authentication on your part, the price update is now continuously activated
  5. Your customers save a lot of time and avoid mistakes!

What were the reasons for this type of cooperation and the association with Eturnity?

The solar industry is currently growing at a very fast pace. In order for the players to absorb this growth, everyone has to become more efficient. For this, processes have to be improved and Solarmarkt wants to support its customers in this. We achieve this on the one hand with extended functions in our webshop. On the other hand, however, also through the connection of external tools. With the Eturnity Solar Calculator, installers can very easily create indicative price offers and further clarify the customer's needs before they invest a lot of time in a project. With the price update function, we can relieve our customers of work and they can focus more on their core business. This is very important for the installers to be able to cope with the mass of enquiries from customers.

Eturnity's software is not purely proprietary. However, you have chosen to work with us for the price matching function in the Eturnity Expert, putting the greatest added value for all users first. What are the advantages of working with an open system vs. providing a purely proprietary system?

Eturnity has developed a professional software that the installer can use in a modular way. We want to be open to integrating tools that create benefits for our customers into the Solarmarkt Webshop. We expect this to lead to more efficient customers who can realise more projects and thus further advance the energy transition. We need to work together to bring as much renewable energy as possible to the grid as quickly as possible.

The price update is a first step that we are taking with Eturnity. Further steps are planned. Based on customer feedback, we will see which new processes and data we want to include or exchange in the future. Through the optimised processes for our customers, we hope for increased loyalty to the solar market webshop and further increasing sales.

Are you satisfied with the current setup?

Yes, very. Joint customers of Solarmarkt and Eturnity can simply select the new function in their Eturnity Cockpit and get access to their prices in a short time. Eturnity users can check further information, such as availability, in the Solarmarkt webshop via the article link. Eturnity customers who are interested in ordering from Solarmarkt can initiate a request for webshop access. We will check the requests and in case of a positive decision we will arrange the release as soon as possible.

*Solarmarkt is the first provider to work with us for this function. Thanks to this cooperation, we can now offer this interface to more companies.
